Is the MultiTEL integration with LiveAgent free?

The integration is already included in a LiveAgent plan and you don’t have to pay any extra charges. Once you have access to both MultiTEL and LiveAgent, you can simply connect your MultiTEL number with our help desk and start calling.

How can you integrate MultiTEL with LiveAgent? 


  • Go to the MultiTEL website and create an account. It’s free of charge. After you log in, go to your dashboard and click on Numbers > My Numbers and select Rent Numbers. Fill out the contact form and MultiTEL will contact you. Once you get your number from MultiTEL, go to your LiveAgent account. 
  • In your LiveAgent dashboard go to Configuration > Call > Numbers. Click on the create button at the top to add your MultiTEL number into the system. Then select MultiTEL from the list of providers. 

Now provide your MultiTEL username, password and number. Select the department where the calls are supposed to go, name the number and select if you want the calls to be recorded. Click on Add and you’re done. 


Your MultiTEL number is now connected to LiveAgent and you can answer customer calls. Besides call center, LiveAgent offers a wide range of help desk tools in one ticketing system – emails, live chat, customer portal, or social media like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
