button works in real time and I'll be
showing it to you both from the agent
and the customer side so let's get
started over here I have a website that
is a demo website and this is basically
what your website would be with our chat
button placed on it and when you would
click it it'll open up a pre-chat form
which it doesn't have to that's just the
way we have it set up so the customer
will input their in the name and contact
information you can send their initial
message so they can see your pricing
once I hit Send on that it will pop up
right over those years you can see
incoming chat from Sonya
there's notification over here as well
so I'll just hit answer it has my
pre-chat form right here and all my info
and so if I want to answer I can write
up a custom reply or I can use a canned
message which is a premade answer
because it's either frequently used or
or whatever so I'm just going to pick
one I'm going to send it and it's
popping around right over here next I
want to show you the real type time
typing view so what this means is that I
can say my order number is 4 3 2 1 and
I'm not hitting send yet as you can see
but it's already popping up here in my
agent dashboard so I can see what the
customer is typing and this meantime I
can look up their order number and see
what's going on before they even hit
Send so next if I close the chat from
the customer side I will be prompted to
interview the agent that worked with me
so I can give a good review
ok review and a negative review so I'll
just give a good real review and I'll
type in my comments a few was great and
as you can see this all pops up over
here I got my reward and it's registered
inside of live agent so that's how it
